Just had a look at the online catalogue of jpc.de. The Roxy SHM-CDs and -SACDs seem to be very expensive:

SHM-SACDs for € 38, SHM-CDs for € 32.

I'm not sure if I need further copies of the Roxy back catalogue. I've got 'Avalon' on SACD (Hybrid). Ok, maybe I'll buy FYP. What do the other members of VRM think? BTW, be careful with the SACDs: These are no hybrids, you can only play them with SACD devices!

These releases means nothing to me. I guess there are people who appreciate such audio manipulations. But what is the audience for such a treatment of 40 year old analog recordings? A few hundred? Maybe a thousand?

Churning the catalog yet one more time! ZZZZZ....

For once, I really can't justify buying these on top of the 2012 Box set, the 1999 re-masters and all the other incarnations. Instead, I'll wait for the first couple of boxed editions and hope that subsequent albums get the same treatment.

I agree with DCJ, there's a limit to how often you can peddle the same product.
