some of you on this board are very well informed of the band current tour. i am not. and since i am fairly new to roxy's music, i am just excited they tour again. now, have any of you heard of a tour in north america ?

i'm from montreal. i saw bryan ferry in a "private" concert back in 2000 (launch of frantic) (some local mtv show i've been invited to, wasn't a fan of roxy at this time)

I'm down south from you in the States and I have been watching for any sign that either BF or Roxy might journey across the Atlantic for some shows. Sorry to say, there has been no indication that any type of US/North America tour (no matter how brief) is being considered.

Ferry did some dates in the USA on the Frantic tour back in 2002 and Roxy had some gigs here in the summer of 2003, but that's the last time that I am aware that they have performed here. BF did perform on the Letterman show back in 2007 but that was a single performance not tied to any type of tour.

The economics of touring being what they are, I doubt that we will see a Roxy or BF tour in the US/Canada anytime soon. But who knows what might transpire... Never say never...
