As you will have seen from the main site news that a free Roxy CD will be given away next week. These CDs tend to also have 'bonus tracks'. I have seen the full track list offered for this CD and had made some suggestions for the track list. If the entire list is used there will be some of the less well known songs added as bonus tracks. I am sure most forum readers here have all the tracks but it would be good that some of these lesser known tracks will be exposed to The Mail On Sunday readers and inspire them to look further into the Roxy albums to see what all these other bands mentioned in the main article where influenced by.

Doesn't this sort of thing happen when an artist/band are due to tour or are looking to raise their profile. I for one live in hope

I'm more on the lines of a Ferry solo than a Roxy album, seems more probable with all the talk of late, and the snippet we saw of Bryan Jammin in the studio, It definitely had a Ferry feel about it.......Don't know if I'm quite prepared to put my Mortgage on it though

I hear this free Roxy disc is also available in Ireland - we're in for a freebie treat this weekend! Here's hoping it's the lead up to a tour date..

Sorry for the negative first post ...but.... Keep coming back to the same thought ...... "The Mail on Sunday" - What a NASTY newspaper to be involved with.

I agree gardner. The Mail is such a nasty racist, right wing peper, run by a lod of bigots, I'll be ashamed to buy it !! But back to the CD, I think it's a great move. Hopefully, it will be listened to by 500,000 pople who haven't really been interested in Roxy before and who may be motivated to buy the back catalogue. Let's see what appens.
I'm interested to see what the cover looks like as well. I wasn't that impressed with the covers of Frantic or Dylnasque. I reckon I could have done better !
