Well, the official site for Montreux says that Paul is playing!! He's obviously been jogging round the town moor (a geet big field in Newcastle) and picking up coos (cows) with his bare hands to get fit. Can our esteemed site-boss confirm?

Andy confirmed on his own site that Paul was on board back in February.

Quote:
"ROXY MUSIC TO PLAY LOVEBOX JULY 2010
26 February 2010 | Posted by Andy Mackay
Andy and Paul will be playing with Roxy Music along with other band originals Bryan Ferry and Phil Manzanera in some UK and European shows this summer. They are confirmed for Groove Armada's Lovebox in East London on July 17th."

We all know this by now. Just to make this an issue in any sort of way, is to state the obvious, no matter who, -well, it all started with enotonic...

Sorry to be such a pain in the neck for not having caught up with this. I'd been looking on Paul's own site, but there seemed to be no mention. Oh well, better luck next time!

Here's something that you better informed Roxy fans may be able to help me with. Is the Montreux gig open air or in a proper auditorium?

Many thanks for your patience,

E Tonic :|

They're usually indoor (I don't know why its called a jazz festival, Ferry's played it a couple of times and the other week on one of the sky arts channels Deep Purple were on)

A question was asked and an answer given. No making an issue as far as I can see. There are some people who don't visit forums as much as others so perhaps it's not fair to assume "we all know this by now".

Enotonic obviously didn't know and joined here to ask.

Roxy Music are playing the Auditorium Stravinski which is an indoor venue.
