I like both the original (from For your Pleasure) and the VIVA Live version. The FYP tune reminds me al lot of a psychosonic meeting with Kurt Weill.

If you could choose one Roxy song to be played live if there was another tour what would it be : Prairie rose

Prairie Rose is the first song I heard Roxy play live. I would give just about anything to sit in the front row and see them belt it out again. It's my all-time favourite tune.

In concert, it's interesting that Andy does the coda on oboe, whereas the original has Phil jingle-jangle rickenbacker providing the lingering melody.

Besides John, I think I'm one of Bryan's biggest fans. Bryan inspired me to write songs. People say I have the same style and voice. I met him twice and it was like meeting an old friend. I met David Enthoven (his old manager) as well in Montreal.

David Williams wanted to party after the show, so we did, until 5:30 am. Boy did we pahtay! He told me alot of stories about playing with Bryan and his times with Michael Jackson and Madonna. YIKES! R.I.P David. Love your riffs!
