That was a good interview Smudge! Thanks! By my calculation (given the info that JO'B provides re Viva!) Sal M played on the live versions of Pyjamarama and Chance Meeting. Given that the live version of Pyjamarama is one of the top Roxy songs of TGPT era, this is a high quality legacy that SM leaves behind. So I'm wondering (yet again) whether or not there are other Stranded tour live tracks that might some day see the light Given that Viva! has been described as a "Double Album" that was later truncated down to a single disc, hope springs eternal. But Lord knows I wouldn't want the DVD of BF's Olympia/Lyon show to be delay any further! C'mon, we need to keep out priorities straight! Of course, I expect to get an invite the Big Party to celebrate the release of the Lyon show. Amanda and me, we be tight Old School friends. The invite has gotta be in the mail! |
