TMWSTW (Live 1995) was performed at some award concerts (MTV etc.). It served as a b-side to the cd single "Strangers When We Meet" from the Album "1.Outside". Brian Eno also produced and mixed the song.
This "live" version sounds very "studio" or at least overdubbed. But it's a great trip-hop version of this '74 jewel, a little bit mystical or even noir but anyway completely different from the original and typical for Bowie in the 90s. In this century until the mid-2000s David was a lot more creative and productive concerning self-written songs than our hero Bryan - IMHO ...
I found an only slightly different version of the song on YouTube Germany. If you cannot listen to it PM me - we'll find ways that you can listen to the original cd single mix
