I took some OK photos at Lovebox. Does anyone knowthe name of the violinist please?

I realize that my set-list needs corrrecting!
I first saw Roxy at Southport Floral Hall in 1974 - standing on the seats was virtually compulsary. Unsurprisingly a liked the early Roxy numbers best in the Lovebox set.
I found a great Roxy tribute band playing in a pub after the concert.

Alan, the current violinist in the band is Anna Phoebe. If you check back through the forum (primarily the reviews of this summer's gigs), you'll find that she's set quite a few middle aged pulses racing!

If you want to know more about her background, just put her name in your PC's search engine and you should get several hits, including her own website.

I texted the Lovebox set list to John O'B as I left the gig and he posted it that night (17th July). You'll currently find it on page 2 of the forum index, with the most recent post having been around 30th July.

It was taken at Manchester in 1979, the concert that was filmed by Granada for the DVD 'On The Road Live'. It was released at the time by Pace Posters along with this group photograph

The photo of the whole band on stage became a legendary poster ! I remember having it on my wall all those years ago.

It is nice to hear that one of my photographs is classed as legendary! I guess that it is a suprise to you that it was taken by a fan?
