Post subject:  Roxy Music attendance

In a german book (released 1997) I read that RM played the Richfield Coliseum near Cleveland in 1975 or 1976 before a crowd of near 20.000 people.... and a few days later 200 miles somewhere away only before 2.000.
Beside the fact that the source (Remake/Remodel - the story of Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry, written by Jürgen Wanda) is not very forceful I can imagine that in some terriorties in the US they were then sold out.
Does anyone know about "highscores" at RM concerts? What about London 2011 (02 Arena)?
Don`t get me wrong: I personally don`t like stadium rock venues and this is surely not Roxy`s field it would be interesting to know this.

Perhaps RM did play a gig in Cleveland in '75-76 before a crowd of 20,000 but that was NOT the norm. I saw them in Wash D.C. in the fall of '75 at Lisner Auditorium which has a capacity of less than 1,500. The gig seemed sold out, but I had no trouble getting tickets if I recall.

Perhaps the Cleveland gig was a festival of sorts, or perhaps Roxy was not the headliner and some other Big Band drew the 20,000. Yes, Cleveland is known as a place where Roxy had a big following. But 20,000? That's a big number...
