I have the Independent , including the special supplement, but missed any Roxy/Ferry references.

Just wondering whether the Roxy camp would consider a version of Heroes as a sign of respect, similar to when they played Jealous Guy just after John Lennon death.
Just a thought

R I P David Bowie

Not a bad idea, StephenPep! But with the original Roxy line up including TGPT and, of course, Brian Eno.

I'd love to be wrong but I think there's more chance of seeing Halley's comet today.

I was also thinking about how Ferry (probably without Roxy) would acknowledge Bowie's passing. Certainly a Bowie classic included in his 2016 set list would be good to see, but perhaps something more lasting like a cover of a Bowie great in a upcoming album.

I'd like to think that any hatchets could be buried and a way of working together could finally emerge. One last cd and a tour to say farewell.

Say what you like but having watched some of Bryan's concerts from 2014 & 2015, they do little for me in terms of excitement and the band(s) are on the "lite" side in comparison to RM!

Didn`t Phil say some years ago that this band is regularly in need of a 5 year hiatus? Well, now it could be time again to do something. A Roxy version of "Heroes" would be a fan`s dream. However, Bryan does what Bryan thinks of, and who knows what are his future steps?

Bonsoir, tout le monde!

Am I the only one who is tired of all this roxymania?
The new BF band is much more exciting. The edition of 2015 was better than the one we saw 2014.
Yes, why not make a hommage á DB? I agree with all former posts that Heroes is the best suited song for such a project.
