I'm hoping for a selection of the following tracks. Any omitted are because they have been overplayed over the years, or don't work (for me) live. And of course no covers/solo stuff. 1 2HB 2 Chance meeting 3 Do the Strand 4 Beauty Queen 5 IEDH 6 FYP 7 Just like You 8 Senerade 9 A Song for Europe 10 The Thrill of it All 11 OOTB 12 Prairie Rose 13 Sentimental Fool 14 Manifesto 15 Stronger Through the Years 16 My only Love 17 Running Wild 18 Take a chance on Me 19 More than This Singles: 20 PJ

Nice list and I am sure we will see some of those
Phil has mentioned they have whittled down the catalogue to 30 songs.
Anyone up for listing those 30?

Most of Roger's list would get my vote, but as they are playing North America I think they would need to include 'Avalon' & 'Love is the Drug' in the setlist, maybe even 'Dance Away' as well.
Personally I would open with 'Manifesto'.
'2HB', (or 'Chance Meeting'). 'Beauty Queen' & 'The Bogus Man'. 'Just Like You', (or 'Sunset'), 'Serenade' 'A Really Good Time'. 'Just Another High', (or 'End of the Line').
I think 'IEDHAH' & 'My Only Love' have been overplayed, and wouldn't miss them if they were left out.
They will likely play 4 or 5 of the obvious songs to finish. With maybe the last number being a surprise.

Richard and Alan, Thanks for your comments. Alan you are right - I guess the set list should reflect the tastes of the Roxy fans in the USA. Surprises are good - I remember when Ladytron was played on the Manifesto tour!

Manifesto is a belter and was such a dramatic and atmospheric opener on the '79 tour.

This is my list of things I'd like to hear that don't fall into the "usually played" category
2HB Sea Breezes Strictly Confidential Bogus Man Psalm Serenade Casanova (Country Life version) Whirlwind Nightingale Stronger Through the Years Manifesto Flesh and Blood (F&B tour version) No Strange Delight Space Between Us True To Life
Plus Your Applications Failed as Intro/Outro music

Nice set list Roger and agree with most of yours and others choices. Roxy will have to select a few of the all time favourites but then slip in a few of the more obscure tunes for the diehards. Trying to please all which is a bit of a compromise.
I’d like to hear Serenade and the Bogus Man but could do without My Only Love and Oh Yeah. Manifesto would be a great opener too.
Totally agree on the no covers or solo stuff, but for the final show in London what about Eno coming on to do one of his songs? Maybe from his new album which is coincidentally released on Oct 14th. That would make my evening, and then leave the stage to For Your Pleasure (again) the most Enoesque track of them all.
