Can anyone tell me how e-tickets work for the O2. Do I get an e-mail and what exactly do I have to do ?

If you purchased from Gigs & Tours you should have received an e-mail from them with a unique reference number, details of your order and instructions as to what to do.
Essentially they tell you that tickets will be issued by the venue and that you have to download the O2 app to access them.
They add the caveat that they may not be available until 2/3 weeks prior to the show.

Thanks W2, guess I will have to wait for the e-mail . Have just put the O2 app on my phone but didn't know what to do with it.

I had to download an app for the O2 concert called AXS Mobie ID, is that correct? Is there WLAN/WIFI in the O2 Arena where I can connect? Thanks for helpful hints!
