Lots of reassuring emails but still no tickets ...... Which gigs are you waiting on? My London ticket popped up in the O2 Arena app on my phone a couple of weeks ago. What the deal is if you're a technophobe or not blessed with a smartphone, I dread to think... A ticket stub as a gig souvenir used to be an essential part of the fun. |

Glasgow - the company keep sending me emails telling not to worry and that they'll be in the post ... no link to an app or website - which I would have preferred. |

No consolation for you to know that others are in the same boat, including me (indirectly, as I bought a spare ticket from a group of friends). Indeed, my group is travelling from London (or, in one case, directly from the USA), so the tickets have to arrive before we set off...

Glasgow tickets received by our lead booker on Wed and I was able to pick mine up on Thur.  London ticket appeared in the O2 Arena app on my phone 2-3 weeks ago. Email received from Gigs And Tours yesterday, confirming how to access the ticket and where/when to pick up the VIP bits & pieces. Now all that's left is fine tuning various rendezvous times and places with several other members of the extended Roxy "family"!
