I’m possibly the only one daft enough to think about these things, but does anyone know how the practicalities work?

I imagine that after finishing in Glasgow the whole band would sleep in a Glasgow hotel (possibly the core people in a smarter one?). Then arise at a leisurely hour before breakfasting and boarding the tour bus to Manchester, where they would spend the night, and rest, ahead of Wednesday’s sound check and show. Then a similar pattern ahead of the O2. It would seem mad to rush back to London just for a day in between.

What about food? I can’t imagine BF scranning steak and chips before a show. I suspect a light snack, with something not too heavy after the show.

Does anyone know how it works?

Off to Manchester tomorrow and then on to London. I have it on no authority that Jobson and Eno will rock up for a last fiddle and twiddle.

Bye for now.

You've probably got it spot on to be honest. They may fly of course instead of the bus but who knows.

I am sure they all have their own routines before hand after a gig - TGPT with lots of water and pasta
