Very good and interesting version. I think the only way to cover MTT is to change it completely and create something new - that's what you did here. The old Ferry tradition that once started with Hard Rain and TFT. Thank you!

I second that Peter - nice work John with obviously a lot of thought about what you wanted to do with the ability to do it. I've never seen the point of covering a song just to sound like the original. Bryan has done some great covers over the years (I have mentined Taxi in another thread), but the Roxy covers didn't work for me. INHO examples of good covers are Sped's "Wild in the Streets" and the Raveonettes doing "I wanna be adored".
