I wasn’t deflated by the lack of live performances this year. I skipped the Roxy farewell tour , and the last Ferry tour. I regret missing Roxy last year , and the last Ferry gigs I saw are now also immortalised on record. Unless there’s a new album to promote , I’ll happily enjoy what I’ve had. |

As someone with a hefty bootleg collection, it would be a bit ripe of me to complain about this item's appearance, but I hope it doesn't dissuade Roxy from included it in the deluxe FYP. Of course the situation is partly of the band's own making, as the deluxe set has been so long in the making... Hopefully the set will include the full Montreux film (including the tracks not available elsewhere), as well as, for completeness, the remaining BBC radio sessions. Any deluxe set should include something truly rare, like the (pre-)debut album demo tape, so hopefully BF is busy blowing the dust off something from deep in the archives...
