Anybody else bought tickets from HMV Music website?

I bought my tickets at HMV website for lovebox London to see roxy music.All I can say is :lack of communication, with no news and until last day very dissapointed.Last time i use this web site to purchase tickets...

I think a number of the ticket agencies behave in the same manner. Have your money for months and don't release the tickets until just before the gig date.

Saying that I've have my tickets for Roxy at the O2, which I bought directly from the O2 venue for 2 or 3 months now.

I phoned HMV yesterday and asked if the tickets had been sent out yet, 'cos it does say they will be sent a month before the date, but the person I spoke to, who didn't seem to have a clue who Roxy were, says it would be seven working days before they would be dispatched. A bit too soon before the gig if you ask me, they will be getting another call after the New Year holidays.

I ordered my tickets via HMV for Roxy in Birmingham. I ordered them back in July! I was getting a bit edgy but alas they arrived this morning. Roll on Jan 31st!

For anyone still waiting for tickets from HMV for the Glasgow shows, I emailed them and had this reply:-

"There has been a delay getting these from the promoter and they will now be sent toward the middle of next week
