I understand that Phil was interviewed in last month's Prog magazine and suggested that a For Your Pleasure boxed set would be coming soon, with a "very large" Avalon box also coming at some stage. With the promise of the new Ferry collaborative material also coming in 2025 let's hope for plenty of delights ahead.

I'm sure the demand is there for box sets of all of the studio albums, as well as a revamped Viva!

Even if produced in a somewhat limited quantity.

Sadly, I don't think the word "soon" was used in respect of the deluxe FYP; indeed, my own polite enquiries about it (of several people and over quite some time) have met with some good natured rolling of the eyes! ;)

I'm not sure what is needed to get the project over the finishing line (the remaining BBC stuff hopefully shouldn't be problematic, so I've wondered whether BF might be trying to license and spruce up the Montreux film...), but I live in hope, as it's my all time favourite album (by anyone!).

Phil did, however, say that there's a lot of unheard material from the Avalon sessions. I doubt that we can reasonably expect deluxe editions of all the other albums, but I'd like to think that a DVD or Blu-ray of the Wembley '75 gig might get some consideration as a way of marking this year's 50th anniversary of Siren.
