Promoters, who needs them? Unfortunately, we and the bands do, otherwise there's no tour. Interesting part here though.

"Mr McManus said there was a gentlemen's agreement regarding the band's withdrawal and Mondo Rock would return to the billing if Mr Hope could guarantee their security, but Mr Sydow said there was no question of returning to the tour for one concert."
