Can someone please tell me what the lyrics are to the chorus of the song "The Main Thing"? On THE HIGH ROAD video it sounds like:
"Don't give, don't give up, it's the main thing"
OR
"Close the, close the door, it's the main thing"
OR
"Don't look, don't look back, it's the main thing".
I'm probably far off but I would like to know what is being sung!!

I've misheard loads of wrong stuff over the years. When I first heard Do the Strand I thought he was singing "The Samba isn't Josie" . and was comparing the samba to another old girlfriend. As for The MAin Thing, I always thought the vocals were "Holding , Holding On" .....until now ! Ha ! Great moments....I think !

haha, me too.....when I first heard She Sells I always thought he was singing "Your Laundry's a gift wrap slip it to me....Eww No thanks!! more recently in You Can Dance "You Can wear your slippers you can bare your soul".... kinda kills the sexiness of the song does that one

"Learn from your mystics is my only advice..." is a far superior lyric compared to what BF actually sings in EoY.
