I see this is to be released as 2 DVD set. It's not the greatest Roxy recording and possibly the worst from that tour. The sound was really weak in my opinion and they all look a bit tired. But, I will still buy it if they include any of the other songs performed that night ! |

It is not a 2 DVD set, it will be a DVD and CD. As far as I am aware the sound has been re-mastered too. The 8 page booklet includes some sleevenotes about the 1979 tour and some photos and memorabilia within the pages. The artwork etc is all relevant to the period unlike a previous issue of this show with a front cover from 'Oh Yeah' on Top Of The Pops a year and a half after this show. I am not sure when it will be released, I will post the news on the site when there are more details. J.O'B. |

I hope it will include the full version of Manifesto, and a few more songs left out of the previous release. It is better than nothing (from Roxy Music) I suppose. Maybe the F&B concert will also get an official DVD release. All the best, Stephen |

There were only about 6 more songs performed that night. Trash, Out of the Blue, Angel Eyes, Stronger, Ladytron and Do the Strand I think. As far as I can remember , only Paris 1980 and Dortmund 1980 were filmed ffrom the Flesh & Blodd tour.. Dortmund was a great performance and featured Jealous Guy for the first time ever. They should have released that recording of Jealous Guy. Lots of energy and passion. It's on You Tuibe. Paris 1980 would be interesting because they performed The Midnight Hour, Angel Eyes (single version) and a long extended version of Same Old Scene, probably for the dancers in the audience ! |

Will buy Manchester Manifesto, primarily for the first general release of the audio (CD) version of the gig. Cheapest pre-order price I've found is £8.99 at www.hmv.co.uk; it's currently £11.36 at www.amazon.co.uk and £11.99 at www.play.com, the latter being the only site of the three showing the artwork. |

That is some great footage IanS... Seems like the Flesh + Blood tour was really interesting - The band seems to sound stronger than on the Manifesto tour and Ferry delivers some very nice vocals. |
