I don't suppose that many of us would include this in our list of favourite Roxy tracks, but is there anything better from the RM canon for singing on the way home after a good night in the local with the lads ............. I don't think so !

Now, if I could just find the right Roxy song to help me through the day after the night before then I would have it sussed !!!

If It Takes All Night actually does make my list of Roxy faves. Great sax from Andy and guitar from Phil. The live version from Newcastle in 1974 is stunning. Shamefully never played live since that tour to my knowledge.

Agree with Jerry, a stonker of a song. There's a video of them doing it on Musikladen isn't there? As a bit of trivia, compare part of MacKay's solo to the theme tune of 'Hazell' the TV show Andy had just composed for?!?
