Superb recording of ITIS from 1974. Full violin solo and nice clear keyboards.

Wow! That's soundboard quality and just as good as Newcastle October 74. Love to hear the full concert...

Except Bryan sounds like he's on Mandrax in this YouTube link.

Seven songs from Paris 1974-11-27 recently found their way into circulation via a Europe 1 master reel saved from the trash by a well-known European collector. This one reel is all he has; the rest is likely lost forever.

The recording isn't a pure SBD, but has been mixed, somewhat roughly, between songs, with an ambient audience capture. Presumably, this was done at the time, by the radio station, to give the raw SBD some atmosphere.

The collector originally released the recording at the wrong speed. His mistake was corrected within 24 hours, but not before it had been downloaded by several hundred people. Unfortunately, once you've let the genie out of the bottle, you can never put it back in, and the wrong-speed version will likely continue to circulate for years.

Seek out the correct-speed version, in full lossless quality. It's wonderful.
