I think the bloke two to the right from the Explorers guy at the back did a light installation at the Sydney Opera House a couple of years back?

BTW: The guy in the black jacket (middle left) is a 43 beer stein screamer.

Great picture!

Perhaps no huge surprise that BF & Eno look the least comfortable in that environment, since their look at the time leaned more towards campari & soda than pints of Old Growler (and that despite Newcastle & Suffolk being great beer brewing areas!).

Joking aside, can anyone identify the others pictured? Is that John Porter between BF and a rather skinny TGPT?

I'm guessing the others might be a mixture of fans, road crew or support band?

Thanks for posting!

I saw this picture about 5 years ago on a Mott the Hoople site. The guy inbetween Andy and Eno is Ian Hunter. John Porter is next to BF and I think the guy with the afro is Lloyd Watson. I dunno who is at the front with the shades on.

Bryan looked out of place, like he was from the future,
and indeed, he was ahead of his time then, and now as well.
