Should John apply to be on next year's "Mastermind"? I think he'd skate his "specialist subject" round, enough to afford him a wobble or two in the General Knowledge part. We need suggestions, please, for his "specialist subject" in the next round. I've seriously been on at him for years to go for it. Sorry for not bein' around, although no-one else probably is. I was away being 50. Where does 50 years go? Amazin to think Bryan's been there for 40 0f them. ;) Cheers!!

Congratulations on your landmark birthday, SB!

You haven't missed much while you've been away: just the usual moaning about BF not releasing exactly what folk want (think back to when he didn't play exactly what folk wanted on tour...) and the odd member who apparently can't live without a personal input from the man himself on this forum.

I think J.O'B's secondary specialist subject could be Bowie; I was going to suggest the history of Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club, but I was worried that the national grid might not cope with the power surge as it sent everyone running away from the TV to put their kettles on! ;)
