I've done a little digging, and I can see no evidence of a RM gig at The Kirk (I played there a few times in the early 80's!!), there were certainly some big names played the Kirk, including Yes and Jimi Hendrix - there's maybe a story to be told about that club.

I was surprised to see that The Redcar Jazz Club gig (where I clearly remember dancing on a table at one point) was only their 9th gig.
