Today March 7th, 2016 is the one year anniversary of the death of my Beloved David. He died one year ago today on our sons 26th birthday.

A single record that was published only here in Germany (a minor radio hit) and Australia as far as I know. Yeah, this one was issued at a time when his fans were starving for new stuff, the 90s. This was before the internet, and I got a newsletter from Jim Lawn, master of a Scottish fanclub, about this song. -But how to get it? Probably on a CD single, but I was no fan of CDs in the first place. I like the vibe. I didn`t see the film. -Probably not my cup of tea. Ah, his handwaves and his fist against his palm... I prefer my BF smooth, like this.

Sorry for your loss Teresa - anniversaries are always poignant.

As for Dance With Life, it's something of a BF curiosity but I very much welcomed its arrival in those wilderness years. The film is very sentimental but Travolta turns in a very decent performance I think.

Agree about "Brilliant Light " and the Travolta film it came from... it was a really interesting story concept as well... it is a Lovely song
