I have a CD-R that contains a BBC1 Radio programm called "Easter Monday" with Bryan who talks about and plays his favorite songs.
Anyone know the date of this broadcast?

Ferry did a bbc radio one (UK) programme on easter monday 1981 were he played a selection of tracks including my only love (and possibly another Roxy song) amongst others.I used to have it on cassette tape but don't have it now I don't think.

Could it have been "My Top Ten" with Andy Peebles?

I have the cd-r. Mine is called Easter DJ 1981. Bryan plays 15 tracks, two are Roxy, and track 6 is My Only Love, 7 is Jealous Guy. The rest is his other favourite artists.
Found out in a diary that Easter Monday was April 20th in 1981. 8-)

Ferry did two "my top ten's" one in 1974 and the other was in 1985 with Andy Peebles. He also did another stint at presenting on bbc radio two over the new year period in 2000.

The show in question was called Star Special, and was part of a series that ran in the late '70s and early '80s. Other guest DJs included David Bowie and Frank Zappa.

The date of the Bryan Ferry broadcast was, indeed, 1981-04-20.
