Post subject:  Koko poster available!

Hi guys!
I have a lovely framed poster which I purchased from the koko show in 2006/7?! Sorry, the date escapes me!
I've recently moved and don't have room for all my artwork so have to part with this poster.
Offering it for free to anyone who can collect it! Needs to go to another roxy fan who'll love and appreciate it!

I'm interested, Hell, and hoping your location is in or around London (were you the lady I bumped into at Leicester Square tube some time ago and persuaded to post photos here of her impressive Roxy tattoos?!).

I'm sure I could find you some music or memorabilia in exchange. :D

Well that all turned out rather nicely! :D

Hell turned out to be tattooed Helen, who I introduced to VRM after spotting several of the Roxy cover girls in her full sleeve tattoo. And she'd moved barely a couple of miles up the road from me and suggested a meeting place directly opposite the office where I was doing a spot of very part-time work.

I fed her pin badge addiction and found her a BF t-shirt in which to look stylish and she gave me the poster (which I should have bought years ago, but never seriously missed until it was no longer available to buy...) in a frame almost identical to the ones used for my signed album covers.

The Koko gig holds special significance for me, partly because it was where I first met fine folk like J.O'B & Roxy and forged some lasting friendships.

The squeamish here will recoil at the news that Helen was on her way to have her stomach tattooed! Not Roxy themed this time, but hopefully BF will one day get to see the ones that his work inspired.
