It's where it says PLEASE NOTE (next to the bottom right of BF's photo)
Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

the CD purchase put me off my stride as I tried to book at the RAH - yes those of you who are observant will know I made my mind up - so I had to try twice. I didn't see the opt-out as I was desperate to get the best available seats and I thought I'd end up with a second CD on 8 June, that was the date on the order confirmation.

Unexpected and odd sales trick, but done now.

Like avalon_eyes, I too, missed the opt out option for the CD. The tickets were selling so quickly I ordered the CD as well. (I would have bought the CD anyway) I believe the CD's are being sent out as close to the release date as they can.
In any event, I have my tickets to see the great man again.Couldn't be happier.

I tried but I could not find.... the opt out option while getting my tickets.
But I've just read that I get a refund because it's not for customers outside the UK

The man is working very hard though, maybe I sense a degree of unreality .new album, another tour.. we are being spoilt.
