should be interesting to hear the house band singer trying to imitate our Bry! Any song performance royalties will go to Wilbert Harrison's estate, but still good promotion as most people associate the song with Ferry.

Sometimes the vocals are bit cruel on the ears so we shall see what happens this week!

I think some of the The Jazz Age tracks will be ideal for anyone who has an interest in ballroom dancing or any kind of dance I suppose. It must be good to find new music that suits a certain genre without having to revert to the old standards.

I used to teach ballroom so this album will suit me fine,
so I'm not tired of the tango.

I did a tango with one of my students to Bitters End.

Some of my friends own ballroom dance schools. One
organizes of the largest professional competitions in
the world every year here in Montreal. I'll be calling
him this coming week about TJA.

I was at one once. It was on the fourth floor of a complex in Sauchiehall Street. The lift was jam packed and I remember going in and saying to the lift attendant "ballroom please", and this wee guy at the back shouted "sorry mate, I can't move in any further"....

I thought they might have slowed the tempo down a bit. The house band were pretty grim and didn't do very well on it either.
