It's nice to hear The Maestro speaking with enthusiasm about his work for the "TGG" score. Perhaps film music will play a bigger part in his future?
The trailer looks spectacular and I love Carey Mulligan - I think she's her generation's Audrey Hepburn. Perhaps BF can persuade her to guest as one of his flappers for TRAH gig (my imagination runs wild).
Funny that Mayo asked him what his attire would be for AEWBF. I hope he gets that off white tux delivered soon. The Berlin rig was way too funereal. Not like "The Taste Tarantula" to make a mistake!

Anyone else booked in for these?

I did consider Proms in the Park, but then Glastonbury was announced and as I live in Somerset and this is so near to where I live how could I not go to it.

The Abbey is a beautiful setting.

Glastonbury is on my radar. It is too far for me to travel just to turn around and drive home again so I am giving serious thought to a mini break, perhaps spending a few days in North Devon before heading home.

My digs are only a few hundred yards from the abbey and they appear to have a very characterful bar.

Got to hit the road at 7 am tomorrow to be sure that I get there on time. My nerves are jangling and I am totally wired already. The only thing that gets remotely close to this feeling for me is walking up to Ibrox Park to see the famous Glasgow Rangers. Just hope I can get some sleep tonight. Fat chance !

I hope we all enjoy this evening at glastonbury. I shall enjoy an Indian meal with mrs roxysiren, then walk around the town before enjoying harley and the rebel. Wonderful. And then, as a bonus ( ), Bryan Ferry and the ensemble. And let's not forget the fireworks. I wish everyone attending a great evening!
