I think there have been several hints over the years that Team BF looks at this forum; we can only hope that they realise that the Moroder suggestion was made with tongue in cheek!
Whether they could work together over an extended period, I don't know, but I think Eno might be good for/with BF. BF, by his own admission, is wont to try to perfect tracks to the nth degree, whereas Eno (I read in a U2 biography) is the master at knowing when something is good to go (sometimes a rough diamond sparkles brighter for not having all the edges smoothed off...).

Bryan is a tortured soul when it comes to production. He doesn`t see the beauty in the rough diamond.

indeed, when he signed my Mamouna t-shirt, he made sure it was flat on the table so he wouldn't make a mistake in signing it - ocd?
plus having had a band, I was freaking picky too

Elegantly Ageing Hipsters, I've always drawn a number of parallels between our hero's career and that of that great west coast hipster, Boz Scaggs. They have both had long, diverse careers spanning rock, soul, jazz and blues and they both love to give their own individual interpretations to classics. Also, back in the day, the Scaggster was a bit of a style guru in his own right. Albeit, he seems to have morphed into 'shirt out, dressed down middle aged rock' to see out the winter of his career. As a consequence he no longer threatens Geordie's favourite son on the style front. That said his music continues to break new boundaries and reach new heights and his first album for five years, 'Memphis' is an absolute scorcher and the concept, together with its production may inspire our hero. Effectively Boz wanted to do a balls out soul and R&B album so he went to Royal Studios in Memphis and had Steve Jordan produce. The album was reputedly cut in 3 days using all the regular Memphis musicians that are so used to playing together. The plan worked beautifully and the vibe throughout is classic Memphis and at times you think you can hear Al Green. All in all, the result is absolutely outstanding and everybody I've played this album to loves it. So, if our hero has that soul album in mind - Steve Jordan could be his man? Regards, Windswept
