So as we now roll into a new month I think we can honestly say that the new album won't be this year. The current tour will run until December, and as Britain hasn't been toured this year one feels that the album will be out in the early Spring with a UK tour perhaps.

I do however think we will at least get some kind of announcement before Christmas. In October 2006 'Dylanesque' was announced for a release the following March, so maybe it will be the same sort of thing.

I could be wrong but I think the time frame for scheduling releases with record companies has passed so looking like next year.

So which will be announced and delivered first, the iWatch or Bryan's new album? Both seem to be pushed back again and and again. And I see that Annie Lennox has jumped on the standards bandwagon. A lot of Hoagy Carmichael and Billie Holiday on the track list along with I Put Spell On You. Should be good she did a great version of Keep Young and Beautiful as the bonus on Diva.
