IRSNSHO this is lovely stuff. Obviously need to hear the album properly, though.
BF density, texture and darkness all to great effect....with his later day vocal working well in this context. A couple of Horoscope songs find their way in....and that's a great thing.
Can't wait till November. Rock on Tommy!
Elegantly Ageing Hipsters,
The great Roxysiren a raison!
The snippets have a very noir feel and could herald a return to the halcyon days of 'Boys & Girls'.
Doubtless all you discerning dilettantes will be keeping your powder dry until you have heard the whole thing but Windswept confesses to extreme excitement!
As for the artwork, again critical opinion will be reserved until Windswept has the real thing in his sweaty little palms albeit, he does confess to considerable sadness over the absence of the bar room version of MTT. Perhaps it will make an appearance on the collectors edition? All should know that Windswept would willingly sell all his wife's designer shackles to obtain this masterpiece.
The count down to launch day will be tough to endure but certainly a large Talisker and a trip to A&S should ease the pain.
a bien tôt,
Windswept
