This strikes me as something different for BF. He's certainly been interested in The Arts for a long while, but I don't associate him with the culture of Higher Education. He went to university in Manchester and I wonder if people at his alma mater are wondering why he is becoming so prominently involved in a Glasgow project. But Manchester's loss is Glasgow's gain and I hope the project comes to a happy and successful conclusion! |

It certainly was Newcastle ![]() He was a trustee for The Baltic in Gateshead a few years back. Perhaps the GSA have just caught him at the right time in his life and he can give the time he wants to the project. ![]() |

Me bad. I had a brain cramp! I knew for sure it was some industrial city that wasn't Glasgow! When you live in the States, all of England north of London has a tendency to coalesce into a big blur... Life in a northern town and all that... 2-4-6-8 Motorway... |
