I was rather impressed with the quality of the CD I received the other day. No plastic 'jewel' case rubbish - but a reassuringly rigid book. I like the jovial figures dancing around.... I wonder why BF didn't use Colin's most famous image on the cover 'girl with banana skirt' ... seen on the middle page of the cd booklet. Nice to see Richard Williams is still on the firm! Yes, the artwork is beautiful although I still have not got the CD out of its sleeve yet. I do know Richard Williams pretty well and, like you, I am glad he's still part of the firm! He has slipped pretty seamlessly from the pages of the Record Mirror to the pages of the Guardian and, like our hero, he has aged gracefully and well! |

I stopped buying CDs 5 years ago and have only downloaded since (Dylanesque was the last CD I purchased) - this release is the first one I really wish I had the packaging in my hand. |
