Mes Amis, Tres interssant! If the little grey cells serve me well, our heroes music featured a couple of times in "Miami Vice" and although the show has dated (suits are seriously demoed) , back in that day it was quite something and it set me thinking how well his music fits film. I recently watched "The Spies Of Warsaw" - a quite brilliant BBC adaptation of a Alan Furst novel and TJA would have worked great as the sound track. It would have really enhanced the adaptation. Ferry mentioned a while back that maybe the next "Roxy" project could be something completely different like a film score and personally, I find that idea very interesting. Too late for "The Great Gatsby" remake but maybe it could be a new direction? Regards, Windswept |
