I noticed that the individual CD is ready for pre-order in US amazon.com, while the box set and the other versions are ready only on the UK amazon.com. Is the DVD region-free or are they going to release an American version? Sorry, I know that I already asked a similar question on another thread...

I actually liked the video/song You Can Dance, but I am a big fan his later work, well all of his work actually.
