I note that the rhythm/groove foundation of Daft Punk's big hit "Get Lucky" are all veteran BF session men. Of course Nile Rodgers is all over the place in the BF discography, while Nathan East was on Taxi and Mamouna and Omar Hakim was on Boys and Girls.

I like Get Lucky, but I think it could have used a nice sax riff by Andy M somewhere in the mix. As it is, the song is just too repetitive and simple for me to say "Yeah, Great Song!" A nice groove that may well be The Song of The Summer of 2013 but not truly great...

Yeah, not a great but it will be long remembered I'm sure. My partner bought the album and I was convinced I wouldn't like it but I was wrong (again). It's really rather fine. Their other CDs are lurking around so will probably now get a long overdue airing.
