Regarding the "deluxe" release of Avonmore at over $200 US I'm reminded yet again of how BF is unsurpassed at churning the catalog...

So it seems to me that one of BF's life lessons is surely "Shameless" - at least when it comes to repackaging and "remixing" previously released material...
