For Rendezvous....

https://youtu.be/jOuMfjKuQUcOh

A really interesting duet of Every Dreamhome with Jane Birkin...

We were Right in Front of Bryan
Rendezvous Yelled :

"Gerrrrrrrinnnnnnn Son!!".....,
Which is a term of Affection from where he and Bryan Grew Up...
My Friend Claudie captured the moment
Bryan Smiling and Squinting in the Sun at David

To Know You Gave Bryan
Even One Second of Sheer Joy....

Priceless

And this is Bryans Reaction

I'm useless with IT and could not copy the link from my new-fangled phone to the site; so Teresa kindly did so on my behalf.....many, many thanks Teresa.

The reason I wanted the duet link to reappear (this version was discussed here a while ago), is because recent shows I've attended are over in a flash and generally contain pacier "crowd-pleasing" songs/hits- and I understand why- I just wish Bryan would have a few more "intimate" moments where the song is stripped back (rather like "More Than This" is at present).

I think this version would be ideal to create that intimate bond which all Roxy/BF fans treasure; it's a fantastic reworking of a classic, it wouldn't stretch his voice, and retains a subtly weird ending.

Finally, another thanks to Teresa for posting Bryan's reaction at the Tynemouth gig, it makes me smile too. I am so grateful Claudie captured that moment!! :D :D

Last Night at The Beacon was surprisingly good. BF voice MUCH stronger than his last USA tour a few years ago.
The inclusion of BQ then followed by Ladytron was absolutely classic. Smoke Gets in Your Eyes was also added back in which was very good. The first half of the show, for us diehards was superb. After the tara "break" the set list shifted to the more predictable, but adding Dream Home was a nice exception.

BF also looked like he was actually enjoying himself, unlike the last few times I saw him where he appeared to be less than enthusiastic.

Hope Boston is as good as last night, if BQ/Ladytron stays in, that alone is worth the admission !
