In the words of the mighty Bay City Rollers "No more waiting, the anticipating is over" - well almost!!!

Have been in Berlin for the last couple of days getting to know this fabulous city, basking in the glorious weather and biding my time for tonight's show. My hotel is only a short stroll from tonight's venue and I just can't wait !!!!

After 45 years and no matter how often I have seen the great man I still get the same surge whenever I know I am going to one of his concerts.

No other artist comes close

I hope it went well. I see he added Do The Strand. He must have known it was your birthday.

I hope you had or still have a good time there, Avondale. I have been to Berlin in 2015 for the first time in my life and was very impressed of the special flair and the architecture of this city. And Bryan added 'Do The Strand' to the setlist. What can you expect more ;) ?

Thanks Jerry.

DTS was a lovely surprise. I thought it was going to replace Editions Of You so I was delighted when I realised that it was a "bonus track". What better way to celebrate my 60th than celebrating the soundtrack to my youth.

Our mutual friend (Mr D) is over here with me along with 2 of my sons to help me celebrate but didn't feel well enough to go to the gig so one of my sons joined me at the concert instead. He was a bit dubious about it but really enjoyed himself and now says that if he was our age the he would have been a RM / BF fan too. He was particularly impressed when BF returned to stage sporting his LV jacket. He thought that was a class look.

Stay cool is still the main rule !!!

Thank you, pianoman.

I am still having a great time in this extremely cool city. I still have a few days left until I head home and am enjoying every moment.

Last night's gig was a blast as always. I know that there has been a lot of debate on VRM recently about which version of which song is best but for me it is much more about the emotion than objective analysis. It was just a celebration of he great man's work.
