I was musing on here a few weeks ago about In Your Mind and someone mentioned the "awful artwork" on the sleeve
(paraphrase).
I just wonder, given how much effort goes into the artwork on a Ferry record, how it influences our views on the music.
Would Olympia , for example, be perceived as a completely different record had the cover art not been so elaborately presented?

I was just replying to your post about Taxi....
And wondering this same thing...

I absolutely Love that cover art, and, though a few
Fellow Ferryfans :D have expressed dislike for the Avalon cover, that is also one of my Favourites :D

The design of the Country Life cover
Eye Catching, Blatantly Sexual

BĂȘte Noir...

Flesh and Blood

Siren

For Your Pleasure

Roxy Music

Each of those covers seems to convey
An Essence of Sexuality

Which leads me to Muse
