Stunned silence about the extra dates.
The Palladium looks interesting, though.

Couldn't make the Hammersmith show but am in for the Palladium. Hooray!!

Hoping that Bryan rings the changes and it is a fresh new show, which seems to be what is hinted at.

I revise my earlier comments in this thread to echo True2Life’s comments. Now marketed by the Ferry camp as a brand new tour, I am beginning to sense that this will be a Ferry solo tour, not relying so much on the Roxy Music canon.

Hipsters,

Windswept never doubted that our hero would turn the page.

Sartorialy, W2 would also welcome the return of the louche tux !

Now for the band and set list. Monsieur Good will you please step forward.

Salutations,
W@

Is there some link to where the "Ferry Camp" is discussing/making allusions to a "brand new tour? Just wondering. It does make sense that The Buzz is that there will be something different for loyal (ticket-buying!) fans to experience; it wouldn't make sense for there to be talk of ho-hum, nothing new this time around...

Thus it seems the first half of BF's recent set list will get a considerable revamp, but will he want to give up Ladytron and Slave to Love? Seems unlikely to me. However, songs like Bete Noire and Stronger Through the Years that have been played a lot over the past three years will likely be retired.

Re WS's beloved Colin Good I got the impression that the reason he stopped touring with BF a few years back is that he just didn't want to be out on the road anymore. Perhaps it wouldn't be a huge strain to play the Brit/Irelend tour next April/May, but my sense is that BF is only interested in signing contracts with his band members if they agree to commit to gigs and tours throughout the calendar year, not just for a select leg of the tour. Yes, at this point officially there are no further gigs announced for 2018 past the Spring, but I will be quite surprised if there aren't Summer and Fall legs of BF 2018. And would Good want to commit to that if it were offered? Hmmm. My guess is no. Just a guess of course, but I think it more likely than not that Good won't be on the 2018 tour.

I just hope that when he comes to Hamburg next time he's not going to play in that horrible place again where he was last time (Mehr Theater). The acoustics in that place was really disappointing.
