For those in need of pre- or post-gig "refreshments" this week, I can recommend the following...

Palladium (Tues)
Back bar of the Argyll Arms, almost opposite the venue's main entrance (top of Argyll Street, near Oxford Circus tube) until 11 p.m.

Thereafter options are slim: Shakespeare's Head in Carnaby Street until midnight, I believe, and Ain't Nothin' But... the blues bar in Kingly Street until 1 a.m.

Hammersmith (Thur)
The Hop Poles near the top of King Street (across the road from the main entrance to the Piccadilly & District lines tube station) is quite relaxed, but closes at 11 p.m., as does the White Swan on the corner.

Between the two is the William Morris, a Wetherspoons house, which is open until the midnight hour, I believe.
