Jobson clearly had a huge influence on a These Foolish Things and the RAH performance.
I’m wondering how much he played on the Roxy Music re-makes that became Ferry B sides and the Let’s Stick Together album . Some of these tracks are simply spectacular ., Chance Meeting, Sea Breezes, 2HB.
Was Ferry banishing Eno?
Hipsters,
Interesting point and great question.
‘The Taste Tarantula’s ‘ relationships and appreciation of those he’s played with could be a terrific aspect of a Ferry biography.
W2 can’t think of any musician who has played with such a diverse and talented bunch of players and Jobson is a classic example.
So many great stories he could tell. Let’s hope he’s hard at work on the project !
Salutations,
W2
