The official blurb on this is surely inaccurate:
"Bryan Ferry’s eighth solo studio album ‘Taxi’ is being re-issued for the very first time since its initial release in March 1993."
Seems to overlook the small matter of the 1999 re-issue.

I got my copy a few days ago. I have been enjoying it immensely. I will rectify my previous comment on the yellow. In reality the yellow is more true to a taxi yellow. The yellow in the ads has had the saturation pushed to the max. They do that in ads. I drove a checker for 2 years in my NYC art school days so I know that yellow. |

If anyone was wondering whether or not to splash out on the CD reissue, it's currently on offer for £4.99 on Amazon (UK) and in HMV's online sale.
