You will find that Waterford is in jolly ole' Ireland, a completely different country and ancestral home of the O'Brien clan. :D (Though I do consider myself as Scottish as haggis)

To me, England includes the whole area including Ireland is what I meant. I scanned the article very fast and should have noticed the domain extension - .ie is Ireland.
