I really like tara, even though its bordering on the over-listened to zone. I especially like the roxy2000 version with oboe, violin, and bf piano.

This new version has great oboe imho, interesting spedding work....but i cant get my head around colin's piano. Too many notes. I generally dont like his overfilling especially when compared to the more basic bf renditions. For me, colin was great on atgb and the following tour. The rest always leaves me cold....and he had a big hand in turning the great alphavile sessions' arrangements into the relatively bland frantic ones. All the above, just imho, no offfence meant to anyone who loves his work.

At the risk of coming across as a musical trainspotter, the instrument in the footage is a soprano saxophone.

I'm not sure whether or not Jorja plays the oboe, but I saw no evidence of one in her arsenal of horns on either the Roxy tour or the Olympia dates I've attended.
